All In Vain by Shadow Fax Chapter 2 ______________________________________________________________________________
I watched the crimson red liquid flow around the friends’ body. Did I do this? Did I kill him? No... It wasn’t me... I looked over at her. This was all her fault. If we never had found her... This would have never happened. Why didn’t he notice? I didn’t care for her... It was him I wanted. Not this witch... I slowly got up from the corner where I was crying. I couldn’t believe that he did this. I loved him... I knelt down and lifted his body up gently. His head lolled back like a broken doll’s, his beautiful blue eyes staring blankly up at the ceiling. I felt more tears slide down my face. "Why?" I whispered brokenly, hugging his lifeless body to mine. "Why did you leave me like this?" I asked quietly almost expecting him to answer. I gently ran my hand through his dark hair. I sobbed quietly. I had to be with him. I didn’t want to be alone. I gently lay him back down on the floor. I leaned over him bending slightly down and pressed my lips to his. They were like ice under mine. I pulled back and ran my fingers over his eyelids closing them so he could see the world no longer. I grabbed the dagger and stood up. "I will be with you again..." I whispered looking at the blood stained blade. "... I love you Ryo..." I whispered ever so slightly. I raised the dagger and shoved it into my chest. It hurt at first. Then the pain slowly started leaving as the blood poured out of the wound. I stumbled and fell backwards onto the floor with a sickening crack to the head everything went black... I will see you soon... HAH! How’s THAT for an ending Huh?! Now, did you get who the people are yet? No? Yes? The woman is a mystery... If you are patient you’ll read who she is in another story as soon as I finish it ^^ ShFx~
